To be considered for loan approval, each applicant must submit a written application along with the additional information required to properly asses each application for credit worthiness. Prior to determining credit worthiness, applicant submitted information will be subject to review. In addition, any preliminary approvals, letter of intent, conditional approvals and loan commitments are subject to review and acceptance of third party reports by Lender. All applicants must maintain financial condition and creditworthiness through closing. Some commercial loan and apartment loan programs may not be available in all markets. Commercial loan and apartment loan programs, rates, terms, and fees are subject to change without notice.
